Designed for enterprise clients utilizing FlightReady TOM for flight operation management, this app necessitates users to possess a pre-existing FlightReady account linked to their organization.

• Username or password incorrect

The entered information does not correspond to any account. Accounts are overseen by your flight school. For assistance with lost login details, please reach out to your flight school.

• Login Issues: Forgot Password

To regain your password, input your email address and then select Reset Password. If an account is linked to the provided email, you will receive an email containing a password reset link.

Ensure that the email address entered matches the one associated with your account and that your account has been validated. For new accounts, confirmation is required before attempting a password change. Refer to the instructions in the welcome email for new account confirmation. If access to that email is unavailable, please contact your flight school.

• Login Issues: Forgot My Username

Your username is the email address associated with your account. For assistance in recovering your username, please contact your flight school.

• Login Issues: Did not receive verification email

A verification email is dispatched upon confirming a new account or requesting a password reset. This email serves to validate access to a functional email account. It is automatically dispatched to the email tied to your account and may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder if it fails to appear within a reasonable timeframe.

• Aircraft weight and balance not being accepted

If the information you enter is not accepted by the app, it indicates incorrect data entry. Double-check to ensure you are inputting the same starting empty weight and balance displayed within the app, and review your calculations accordingly.
